To qualify to apply you must be 21. Kasmeimei rents on a weekly basis unless otherwise arranged with management. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults (persons aged 12 years or older) and 4 children, or 6 adults. Once your booking request has been submitted we will contact you via phone or email to work out further details. An initial deposit of 50% is due upon acceptance of your reservation with the security deposit of $1,000 plus the balance due in full 45 days prior to check-in. Arrangements will be made for keys and directions to the property at the time of check-in.
Check-out time is 11:00AM on your established date of departure.
